T.L. Garg is an advocate since 1970 and an Advocate-on- Record, Supreme Court of India since 1974. In the past, he had been the legal advisor and advocate for all litigation throughout India for M/s Greaves Cotton & Co. and its associated companies. He had been the legal advisor to the Delhi Judicial Service Association. He has also been a legal advisor and advocate for all litigation of M/s Nanak Singh and Co., dealers in milk and liquor. Mr. Garg has been the legal advisor for liquor dealers association dealing with L1 license for IMFL supply in Delhi. He has handled food adulteration cases launched by Food Department under the Ministry of Health. Mr. Garg recently appeared for ESM Companies of retired armed forces officers against Coal India. This case went up to the Supreme Court and was decided in favor of Mr. Garg. As AOR, he has dealt with cases under Rent, Custody, Divorce, Drugs etc. Apart from his vast litigation experience, Mr. T.L. LL.M. in International Criminal Law from the Utrecht University in the Netherlands, Mr. Rohan Garg is an engineering graduate. He has worked at the International Criminal Court at The Hague. He is an expert in both White collar crimes and Blue collar crimes practice. Rohan has been advising clients in complex matters involving Extradition and Citizenship issues and also issues relating to Red Corner Notices. He commenced his litigation career at the office of Ms. Mukta Gupta who was the then Standing Counsel for the Delhi State (Criminal) and is presently a sitting Judge of the Delhi High Court. He also worked as a senior associate with Karanjawala and Company for 8 years. He is still associated with Karanjawala & Company as its external counsel and is briefed by other law firms such as LexPort for their criminal litigation.
